The importance of physical well-being and health had a significant impact on my educational aspirations; where, in 2006, I studied Exercise Sports Science at Texas State University. I maintain my devotion to my field through continued education and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
My accomplished background in collegiate sports and as a leading professional in physical fitness has allowed me the opportunity to work with diverse clientele. My clients, ranging in age and level of physical fitness as-well-as high risk individuals, all receive a detailed personalized exercise regime and life-style change that concentrates on their personal needs and desires. Additionally, I am well versed in the development and instruction of circuit training classes and physical fitness boot camps (individual and group settings).
